SG Motorsport has made somewhat of a name for our stainless steel custom intercooler piping. Having created custom piping of all sorts of sizes for vehicles ranging from S14's with 2JZ's, to Integra Type-R's with 2871's.

We will consult with you and decide what is the best intercooler core size to go with, or can use an intercooler core you've already purchased. Mounts will be fabricated to hold the core, the bumper trimmed as precicely as possible to keep a clean OEM look and seal for maximum pressure through the core. We will then fabricate the piping.

All of the piping is hand tig welded and all of the bends are mandrel, never cut and weld for minimum flow restriction. We can weld in blow off valve flanges, pressure nipples or whatever else is needed in your piping to faciltate the accessories you use in your system. All of the pipe ends are welded or rolled to ensure there will be no pipe blow offs from pressure, heat, oil and vibration that is the natural environment of a turbocharged system. We can also fabricate pipe clamps that will bolt the connections together for extreme boost or racing applications.
